Mexican Grilled Shrimp with Corn Salsa

Among the favorite dinners of the Egyptian Shrimp Mexican Grilled Prawns. This delicious little shrimp was absolutely delicious, with a side of stacked in lettuce bed for a hot tortilla or shrimp salad as a Mexican pilaf and fried beans, taco on their own. I even used the leftovers to make a delicious seafood omelette for breakfast! I grill them once a week and just looking at these pictures revives me! Freshly grilled corn salsa served with a hot mexican spice mix in a popped sweet fleshy shrimp. You will love this recipe!

Start with cooking on the grill. Peel the outer shells and grill them on the grill.

Shells grow and the corn gives a nice smoke taste.

I like the nuclei just a little color. Once corn is cooked, the silk and shells come out very easily.

Remove the seeds from the corn and prepare the corn salsa.

This grilled corn salsa is absolutely delicious and works on shrimp, grilled chicken and just a tortilla chip.

For shrimps, I used shredded shrimps from the seafood counter. Peeling the shrimp and rinsing, I also took out the tails, so it is easy for my kiddos to eat. You can leave the queues open if you want.

Sprinkle the uncooked shrimp with a small amount of olive oil and season it with kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and ground cumin.

Before we heat the grill, we wrap one of the grids in the foil to prevent the shrimps from falling. You can also use wooden skewers instead of foil wrapped grids.

Place the prawns on the preheated grill and cook until it turns pink, it only takes a few minutes!

Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve with grilled corn salsa, squeezing fresh lemon juice.
