Readers on Facebook have said that they often change two sugar substitutes, Splenda or aspartame sugar, which I don't usually use. Personally, I'm almost always using monk's fruit flavoring when I'm testing the recipes when I need a completely sugar-free or granular sweetener.

Monk fruit is a natural mixture of stevia for those who do not know what their sweetener is. It looks and feels like sugar, and the best part? It doesn't leave you with a bitter taste of stevia mixes. They also cook very well.

Keto Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Texture wise, these cookies are super deceptive. Cook them too short and they'll be super soft and have lots of fun right away or on the first day. Cook them too long and you'll stay with crackers instead of cookies. Happy balance is to remove cookies from the oven when they appear soft. After getting out of the oven and cooling down, they'll harden very quickly, but they will still be chewed, soft and irresistible.

The original recipe calls for a glass of sugar (or fake candy), but I found it in the monk's fruit sweetener, three-quarters of the glass was full. In fact, I found them a little sweet, so the SALTED marzipan (or peanut butter) was the next best officer.

Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

The traditional recipe is infamous for using peanut butter, and if this is not a problem for you, keep it the same. However, if you follow a paleo or hazelnut lifestyle, examine these tested helpers. Almond butter or cashew butter, especially salty, is the best if you stun. Smooth sunflower seed oil or creamy soybean oil oil can be used to keep it nutless. If you use sunflower seed oil, remember that your cookies will be a strange green color.

Finally, one egg is the last magical component, but my vegan friends need an option. After testing the flaxseed, energy-G egg repeater and even a chia egg created, I found them either too crumbled, too wet or just as a huge peanut butter and puddle of sugar. I've mentioned this recipe of ground chia seeds (not created as a blended gel with cookies) and stocked to see if it works. It also provided a much better and more raw texture.

These are not your grandmother's classic 3-content peanut butter cookies, but they can enjoy my sugar-free, paleo and vegan readers. Three components are dunking into the milk while preparing in 20 minutes.

For eggless version:


Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cover a baking tray with parchment paper or a cookie leaf.

Combine all of your ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined. If you use the egg-free option, start with 3 tablespoons milled chia seeds. If the batter is too thin, add extra tablespoon.

Using a cookie bucket or your hands, spread them in a 3-4-inch gap creating small balls on the cookie paper. Place each ball in the shape of a cookie and press down with a fork. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown just brown but still soft. Remove from the oven and allow to cool until soft, hard and chewed.


* Start with 3 tablespoons and add an extra tablespoon.

Cookies can be stored in a closed container for up to a week. They are also fridge and freezer friendly.

Thank you for this great-looking recipe. Did you try to do it with Stevia? Unfortunately, I cannot eat xylitol or erythritol, and the only monk I can find is a mixture of fruit flavors, monk's fruits and erythritol.

You can use coconut sugar instead of sugar and use an equal amount instead of normal sugar, if a recipe requires a cup of powdered sugar, you can use only a glass of coconut sugar instead of taste.
