Now you can find grocery cauliflower in most markets! I still recommend to mixer because I prefer smaller pieces of cauliflower than in rice bags.

I am using Coconut Aminos instead of soy sauce. Have you tried it before? You can buy it from the most natural food stores and it looks like soy sauce. Flavor is also quite similar but mild. And there's much less salt! Nowadays I use it as a pickle for everything.

Traditional fried rice usually contains peas. I replaced them with carrots and onions for the chopped green beans. I like to soften onions, but leaves green beans and carrots very crispy. A really nice contrast to soft Yumuşak rice güzel.

This recipe contains three eggs. Don't you hate when you have to buy fried rice to find the eggs? I will do it. More eggs please! I wanted the eggs to be a prominent part of this dish.

I've included chicken, which means I'm hearty enough to enjoy this dish. You and always leave the chicken out and prepare as a side dish.

Instructions

Add the chicken breast. Saute the chicken until fried and cooked. Approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Reduce the heat to medium.

Add your onions in the same pan (with all the juices and brown lice from cooking the chicken). Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the onions are translucent.

Add green beans, carrots and garlic to the pan. I like to leave green beans and carrots a little crispy, so I prefer to give them a quick sauté for about 3 minutes. You can cook them longer if you want them soft.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then pour into the pan. Stir. They'll cook fast (maybe 2 minutes).

Cut the cauliflower florists into large pieces and place them in a high-power mixer to form the "rice". Mix until the cauliflower has a very small rice-like texture.

Slice your cooked chicken.

Add the chicken, cauliflower rice, Coconut Aminos, salt, garlic powder and pepper to the chicken and mix. Cover for 3-5 minutes and then remove from the stove. Cauliflower rice is cooking very fast!

You can use 2 cups of purchased cauliflower to save time if you wish. I see that the cauliflower is not that small, I prefer to take these bags, so I suggest you to mix quickly.

I wonder if supermarkets aren't going to sell when it comes to pre-prepared vegetables. My favorite veg is so definitely being done!

My new go-go for cauliflower rice carbohydrates. I love how simple and easy it is to do it. It looks perfect and is very easy to make. Best of all its a sort of cooking pot. I can eat this for lunch and I don't need anything else.
