The weather is getting warmer and I'm burning more and more of my grill and I absolutely love it. If you couldn't tell, I'm a big fan of grills because I think that with its characters and elegant smoke, it makes the food look better and taste better, and here you can see some of my favorite grill recipes.

I recently saw pineapples coming out of the market, which makes me very happy. It's one of my favorite fruits, because it's so invigorating when you taste sweet and tart. Plus, they remind me that the type is always a good thing.

Today's recipe is a celebration that welcomes the warmer months, uses the grill to cook pork chops on a perfect juicy surface, and incorporates pineapple pineapple fried rice into pineapple pineapple to bring together sweet and savory flavors. I don't know you, but pineapple and pork are a match made in heaven.

Pineapple adds a delicious flavor and sweetness without strengthening the flavors in this paleo pineapple fried rice and goes very well with spices such as coconut amino and tumeric. I don't usually like very sweet dishes, but it has a completely balanced taste and I've eaten more food than I want.

Of course, the main star of the dish is pork tenderloin. I've never made a pork tenderloin grill before that, but after that it's the only way to cook it, because it's been great! While it was super damp inside, it created a beautiful golden crust outside. His pickles give a great flavor and my husband said I should do it again soon.

If you own a grill, I couldn't recommend this recipe enough! But even if you don't, you can use broiler to cook this easy and delicious dish that everyone is going to go crazy with.

Paleo Pineapple Fried Rice Grilled Pineapple with Pork

Celebrate the summer with this Whole30 and Paleo Pineapple Fried Rice served perfectly with juicy and delicious grilled pineapple pork tenderloin.

Put them together to cover, then close the lid. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.

Open, add, scrambled eggs and green onions and mix.

Remove from heat and plate. Cut the pork into thin slices and add pineapple fried rice.

If using, decorate with coriander before serving.
