Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding

As you know so far, chia seeds are one of my favorite little foods. One of the best things about Chia seeds is that they are absorbed by their liquids by up to 10 times their weight, moisturizing, cleansing, satisfying and creating an excellent gel for chocolate muffins! It is also a good source of plant-based proteins, providing fiber, iron, calcium and omega-3 dır and high antioxidants.

About Chia Seeds

Super strong chia seeds are the perfect base for this rich, chocolate pudding. Thanks to these healthy little seeds, not only this pudding taste is surprising but also full of nutritional benefits. Chia seeds can be eaten as a whole, they can be added to the oven, used in unbooked energy bars and balls, added to smoothies, and of course used for making classic chia pudding. The most basic way to make Chia seed pudding is to mix the chia seeds with water. After standing for 20 minutes, the chia seed absorbs water and a gel-like pudding is formed. To make things a little more exciting, you can start mixing up your favorite flavors to do everything from sweet sweet puddings to healthy breakfast puddings.
