In addition to the convenience, this Pear and Goat Cheese is my favorite part of doing the appetizer, the smelling honey and balsamic scent of hot food.

Don't rush, be prepared to enjoy the aroma with the first drop.

This appetizer is easy to combine, almost no recipes, but I presented it as a guide for oven temperature and timing.

Measurements are approximate - I think more goat cheese is always better - so use your eyes more than scale. Serve with special dishes, parties or any excuse and no excuse, gluten-free crackers or crusty bread.

Easy date night appetizer

It was Valentine's Day, and instead of making a reservation in a cramped restaurant, we spent a lot of time planning a menu, shopping and cooking together. The Maple Lacquered Duck Breast was our main course, so we wanted a starter which was friendly but elegant.

In February, we were in search of fresh figs for our appetizers which were meticulously seasonal. It's hard to beat the magic of the fig to be fond of simple pleasures. But unfortunately, there was no fig.

Perfect Place for Pear Figs

The pear is similar to the skins with its slender shape and uniquely textured skin, but it is more common and easy to budget. Although the figs may seem more romantic, the humble pear can definitely make its own magic.

For this appetizer, you won't want the pear to be as mature as you eat. On the contrary, choose another company for the touch and let the oven heat and sweeten the heat.

As fresh fig, it softens and intensifies pear flavor; Creates a soft canvas for sweet or savory dishes. Heated pears complement any cheese with a small amount of spikes; Goat cheese, Blue cheese or semi-soft raw milk cheese is the best.
