Portobello Mushroom Burger with Greek Sauce

1 tablespoon. white wine vinegar
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon. Dijon mustard
Sp teaspoon. salt
Sp teaspoon. black pepper
Sp teaspoon. sriracha sauce
For Greek Sauce:
2 tablespoons. olive oil
1 tablespoon. lemon juice or lemon juice
1 teaspoon. white wine vinegar
Pinch salt and black pepper (about one teaspoon each)
1 teaspoon. dried thyme leaf

If you're looking for a great side to match the mushroom burger, here are some great options.
Using a wet paper towel, clean all the dirt in the cork, including gills.
Marinated burgers and put in a baking dish for 5-10 minutes.
By the way, do the Greek dressing. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice or lemon juice, white wine vinegar, pinch salt and pepper (about ¼ teaspoon) and dried thyme leaves. I added garlic because it's already marinated.
