2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon. Dijon mustard

Sp teaspoon. salt

Sp teaspoon. black pepper

Sp teaspoon. sriracha sauce

For Greek Sauce:

2 tablespoons. olive oil

1 tablespoon. lemon juice or lemon juice

1 teaspoon. white wine vinegar

Pinch salt and black pepper (about one teaspoon each)

1 teaspoon. dried thyme leaf

Mushroom Burger:

Using a wet paper towel, clean all the dirt in the cork, including gills.

Marinated burgers and put in a baking dish for 5-10 minutes.

Greek Dressing:
