In my opinion, paleo bread is the glue to the paleo diet. Because, it’s what makes eating a grain free got a lifetime possible! Since 2011, I have been on a strict no grains, no dairy, no refined sugar diet. So, eating a slice of paleo bread from time to time is what makes really living possible.
