When we moved in last year, we left our grille behind. Now I'm doing all my grills off a grill pan. The house is smoky and we have to open all windows. Have you ever tried opening the windows in a 1930s house? Such pain! Sacrifice is worth it. I had to celebrate the beginning of spring and the Rosemary Jalapeño steak for me and my men. They were big meat eaters, and rosemary. Ooooh, fresh rosemary smell! Don't be afraid of Jalapeño. If my 8-year-old can handle it, you can do it.

This Rosemary Jalapeño Steak is Ah-MAZING. The trick is to marinate the flesh for a long time. I recommend that you wait at least 8 hours in the night or in the refrigerator. You want to let the delicacies of rosemary and jalapeño enter the meat. I used the beef fillet flap steak, but I could use the skirt or side steak. The flap is a great meat cut for the grill. Also, I use coffee in this recipe. I know it may sound strange, but you have to try. First I have an idea when I visit an oil and vinegar shop. There was a delicious coffee balsamic vinegar. I made my own version of this recipe by combining balsamic vinegar and coffee in my hand.

Before slicing the rosemary Jalapeño beef, let it rest. If you slices too early, the juices will run out and your meats will not be too watery. Slice along the width rather than the length of the steak. I like thinly sliced ??meats. If you cut along the grain or across the width of the steak, the meal becomes softer. It'il melt in your mouth. If not, you'll get a chewed, hard meat and nobody wants it. The key to THIN SLIMMING is a good knife sharpener and is often used. You should try this recipe at your next fun - barbecue, the 4th of July, to enjoy the sport game or the beauty of spring.

Oh that looks amazing! I can't think we have no grid. We don't often do steak, but when we do, it's definitely on the grill. I have to be more creative with flavors, so it will be fun to try!

I saw Ina Garten pouring coffee in her muffins and what? But then I tried .. Delicious! Coffee adds a great flavor to meat sauces. It adds a solid, strong flavor. You don't taste it anyway. This steak is very nice even if you don't have coffee.
