I really realized that I didn't make a pan dinner, so I'm here with a recipe for glass noodles in a frying pan, which is great!

Not only vegan, but also gluten-free and in a frying pan! I bet you can do it

I also noticed that I made quite a lot of frying cake recipes, so I'm sorry if you really don't like it, but I'm telling you, the frying pan is easy to fry! Totally lazy human-friendly, as you know, is basically the subject of this humble vegan blog: p

Come on, should everybody have a stove? And maybe a frying pan? So! Everyone can roast in the pan at home! Why don't you go out and spend so much money on Asian dishes while you're at home making it healthy, easy, cheap and delicious?

OK. LOL of Asian cuisine that is far enough to sell.

In fact, if you have glass noodles, you'll get that cute (hopefully!). Spring and light, so you have a great mouth feel (feel like a fucking cooking expert) and it doesn't make you feel like you're eating a heavy meal at all. The best part about it Bu

Super trick is very easy!

My problem with noodle dishes is whether you need to boil the noodles in a separate pot or something else, whether it is ramen or pasta. So, you need two pans to cook. So, it's not a big deal, but I'm not lazy enough to want to do so often, lol.

The best thing about glass noodles is that you don't have to take that step! You only need to soak it for a short time (about 10 minutes) and cook the other ingredients in the same pan you can cook immediately!

PLUS is very forgiving for not having the chance to consume the noodles too much. Unlike pasta, even instant noodles! Hehe, I find the tightness of my instant access very special. #instantnoodlessnob

Anyway, I have the spinach in this glass noodle pan recipe (I use the Chinese type, but it does all sorts!) And I have the shiitake mushroom in it, so it stands entirely on its own. You can also make sure that there are also garlic and fried sesame oil over the obligatory soy sauce heh, so it will be absolutely delicious!

I did this with the easiest Vegan Teriyaki Tofu recipe and OMG in the pictures. GO TOGETHER! I suggest you try both at the same time. The texture and taste was very complementary, it almost seemed to be eating in a restaurant lol. I am not kidding.

Instructions

Immerse the 1 portion of glass noodle in a bowl of water, completely covering the noodles. They usually come in separate portion sizes, rounded into a kind of ball.

Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a pan over low heat. By the way, two cloves of garlic.

When the frying pan is hot enough, discard the chopped garlics and fry. Meanwhile, rinse and slice 4 medium shiitake mushrooms. Periodically check the garlics and make sure they are not lit.

When the garlic starts to brown, add the sliced ??shiitake mushrooms and fry in medium heat. Meanwhile, wash about 1 cup of spinach and roughly chop (if necessary).

When the Shiitake mushrooms are cooked, add the spinach. Fry until spinach is cooked.

Add a teaspoon of soy sauce and stir well in the pan.

Then, the glass noodles need a little water, add 2-3 tablespoons of glass noodles and water.

When the glass noodles are cooked (usually you can tell after about a minute), add a teaspoon of soy sauce and mix well.

Turn off the heat and add fried sesame oil to 1/2 teaspoon. Mix and give a taste. Soy sauce may / may not be salty enough, depending on your brand. Add salt / soy sauce to taste if necessary.

Glass noodles takes a short time, usually 10 minutes is enough. A better word is "tight", because of the lack of lol, soaked enough.

I want to taste the Shiitake mushrooms and spinach, because I add a teaspoon of soy sauce before putting glass noodles first. If you finally add it, the glass noodle absorbs all the soy sauce and your mushrooms and spinach can taste soft.

This looks absolutely amazing. Fast and super tasty. There's nothing you don't like about this recipe. And you should just have an umami bomb with shiitake and soy. If I hadn't traveled now, I would have done it for dinner.
