Hi, Jamie! Soy sauce gives recipes a salty / sweet taste. Have you tried coconut aminos as an alternative? Otherwise, I would add more chicken broth and cut it in half. It would still be delicious!

Hi, Ryan, that's absolutely strange and never happened to me. Have you adjusted the valve correctly? I'm surprised the chickens still show up if there's no pressure. Maybe next time you can try to add some more chicken broth, but the sauce will flow.

I did it the other night. I used the bone in the chicken leg and cooked it for about 90 minutes in 325 minutes. I removed the flesh from the bone and cut it rough. Spice pack throwing ramen is served on noodles. I like the sauce. It's a keeper!
