The sun-dried tomatoes, basil and spinach pinwheels provide an excellent party snack or light lunch. It takes about 15 minutes to create a healthy alternative to the pinwheel made with cream cheese.
What is the roll shape? I think it makes food unbearable. Think about it - sushi, burritos, egg rolls, even cinnamon rolls! Perhaps because it seems more easily understood with your hands - a kind of primitive instinct Belki
This recipe starts with a quick visit to your blender to provide a humus-like spread of white beans, delicious lemons, some garlic and olive oil.
You can really stand there and just using humus - if tasty, clean and simple.
Then, the white bean humus is divided between several of your chosen dressings / bread - be sure to spread it completely over the edges - and then sprinkle with spinach, basil, dried tomatoes and crushed pine nuts.
+ An important step is to make sure you leave a few inches of open humus spread across one end - here you glue to keep your pinwheels closed!
After completing your filling operations, the next step is the art of making the windmill. Hold the roll as tight as possible, wrap it in the plastic wrapper and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to cut it. When they cut them, they'll never be the perfect apartments - at least not mine - just embrace the flaw of your shape and enjoy the healthy flavors you create!
They look very fancy when coated in a delicate small roll. Don't you think so? Sprinkled with crushed pine nut powder and basil leaf powder - you have become gourmet in 15 minutes. Impressive.
Can you make a windmill before?
If your fillings are not watery you can definitely make ahead of time. Cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. As you sit, it tends to release fluid and makes your bread soggy! For others not described in this description and in the case of aqueous fillers, I recommend that you cool them down and disassemble them before coating.
