Hey, Danielle, that looks great! The question is, if you were doing before noon time, would you give up the dressing or lemon juice and put the dressing all at once until you eat it?

It does not store well for more than a day with the sauce. I'll definitely keep away from the sauce shortly before serving, but you can definitely prepare it until a few days ago.

I only did this salad for lunch during the week! I love the dressing and I'll definitely keep it for future use. The salad itself was a bit lacking. I've added a little sugared ginger, but I also think that cranberries, chopped apples, sesame sticks or any other flavor element will raise it a bit. Thanks for the recipe!

I've done this twice now. Very friendly and delicious. I tried to add Siracha and Fish Sauce to the peanut sauce and I liked the additions. Also, sometimes I'm using napa cabbage instead of the mix of cabbage salad - I'm doing a better job. My family loves this dish very much and has become a standard for dinner!
