There is very little preparation here. Cellulose noodles should be immersed in hot water for 10 minutes and then filtered well. If desired, cut the noodles into smaller pieces using the kitchen scissors. You can also break the noodles before you soak them.

Creamy peanut butter is mixed with vegetable juice and agave syrup for some sweetness. I added it with soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped garlic and some fresh lemon juice.

Add the cabbage mixture together with the filtered noodles. Throw together to combine. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and a pinch of chopped salted peanuts. Serve immediately with lime slices.
