Baked Feta

4 onsFeta cheese

1 tablespoon yogurt

1tsp.dried thyme

Instructions

Place a shelf in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 400 ° F.

Align a baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare a sheet of foil paper to hold the white cheese block. Place the cheese in the foil and set it aside.

Cut the sweet potatoes into slices and cut.

In a large bowl, mix sweet potatoes with olive oil, dried thyme, pepper flakes, sumac, salt and pepper.

Spread the sweet potatoes into the oven tray in a single layer and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, turn the sweet potatoes and add the white cheese (in the foil bowl) to the baking tray. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the potatoes are soft and fried and the white cheese is soft.

Take the baked Feta cheese from the tray, place in a small bowl and add yogurt and thyme. Mix well. Serve a mixture of sweet potato cheese next to or on top.

These sweet potatoes are on the spicy side, if you make your food less spicy, reduce the amount of pepper flakes.
