This Gluten-Free Pizza Peel is so crunchy that it will keep all the sa...

This Gluten-Free Pizza Peel is so crunchy that it will keep all the sauces crispy at the edges! The difficulty of finding a vegan, cereal-free, gluten-free and milk-free pizza crust has ended.

Tip: Remove the recipe for this Paleo pizza crust as amazing breadsticks (see the bottom of the mail).

This is one of my favorite doughs to work with. It is not very tacky and rounded beautifully as you want. An alternative to using a rolling pin is to mix and mold your hand the way you want to.

Pro Tip: This paste can be made in the future. Prepare only one batch (or two) and store in the refrigerator until ready for use. I do this often and sometimes I'm going to make a pizza and a cracker.

1 / 2double almond flour

1 / 2cuptapioca flour / starch

1 / 4cupcoconut meal

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - melted (coconut oil)

1 linen eggs

1 / 3cupunsweeted almond milk



Preheating furnace 400 degrees F.

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add almond flour, tapioca flour / starch and coconut flour. Scrub all the pellets to combine and remove.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine. The dough is easy to use and not sticky. Mix with a spoon or with your hands.

Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper as desired. Or shape it with your hand. I usually do an 8-inch tour, but there are many options.

Bake the dough for 10 minutes until harden and lightly brown. Remove from the oven and spread the sauce and sauces for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

* Cooking times will vary depending on the size of the pizza crust and the sauces you use.

Bakers Tips:

Do not roll the dough too thick (or dough to be chewed) or too thin (easily burnable).

Use materials at room temperature if possible.

Linen can replace a normal sized chicken egg for eggs. If you do not describe the vegan.

How to Make a Linen Egg:
