This keto friendly cheeseburger soup will instantly become a family favorite! I'm so serious! Don't worry, my kids love my humor (;)

Creamy. Comfortable. Relaxing.

The smell of bacon fills your home and you prepare this filled and creamy soup. Summer may be finished, but a good pastrami cheeseburger flavors is still a winning combination, so why not be an Instant Pot bacon cheeseburger soup?

As the seasons change and move in cooler weather, my inner thoughts turn into all warming types: therefore pumpkin, pumpkin and soups are my heavy strokes!

The beauty of this low-carb instant Pot pastrami cheeseburger soup is its wide variety and easy adaptation to many diets and preferences. In this recipe, I was driving family friendly (read between the lines: picky kids are really food), nutritious and fast. Probably the second one is most important to me.

Nancy is a great cultured cream cheese brand, and I also use the organic Whole Foods brand. There are so many wonderful cheeses out there! I love all the cherries made by Kerrygold. I use the Tillamook brand, a pinch of sharp white cheddar variety!

A few ideas I plan to try: to add more cauliflower and decide the thickness of the skirt. OR only adding 1 cup of raw cashew using 3 cups of soup ... but then mix the mixture to cream the juice with cashew nuts. If I do so, it may be necessary to multiply the hope (bacon and vegetables / homemade broth may be enough) for flavor *, so try a few tablespoons of tomato paste, nutrient yeast, or umami paste in Trader Joes.
