Grain Free Everything Dough 2.0 E-Book

If you’ve been REALLY missing baked goods or struggling with grain free baking, then I have something you’re going to love.

I was in a place where my heart broke when my kids wished they could have pretzels just like everyone else at the mall, or we would get the delicious scent of empanadas at a Farmer’s Market only to tell my hungry kids no, they can’t have that because it has gluten!

How disappointing it has been to deny my kids the childhood favorites I once grew up with!

I vowed that after going gluten free, they would NEVER have to feel like they are missing out!

That I would do everything possible to re-create the delicious foods of my childhood so they too can enjoy yummy baked goods.

“The samosas are delicious! The crust is great texture and flavor! I think you could use it to fill these with many combinations of fillings. The sauce adds the perfect sweet and spicy to top it off. I love these!

“I love the dough, it’s the best I’ve use since we’ve gone gluten free. My 10 year old that is the pickiest of all of them loves it and says the texture is amazing! You’ve done a great job with this. I’m so glad I found you!"

“I love the Grain Free Everything 2.0 Dough! I especially loved the Grissini sticks which I enjoy eating as a low calorie snack. The breadsticks are nice, soft and perfect with soup on a cold winter night. I look forward to trying out the rest of the recipes!”

What are the ingredients in the Grain Free Everything Dough 2.0 E-Book? I understand that many of us with gluten intolerance/celiac have many other food allergies. I get that! So I am here to tell you exactly what the ingredients in the dough include to make your life easier. The ingredients in the Grain Free Everything Dough 2.0 are blanched almond flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, Instant Dry Yeast, xanthan gum (corn-free/grain free variety), cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, egg whites, light olive oil, honey and water.

I am avoiding nightshades, is there a substitution for potato starch? This is a common question I get and yes, you can substitute tapioca flour for the potato starch.

I’m allergic to nuts, can I substitute the almond flour for another flour? At the moment, I do not have a substitution for the almond flour but I am working on a nut free version due to the many requests. I will let you know as soon as it is available.

Is this a low carb dough? No, this dough is not meant to be a low carb dough. It is made for those who have been missing out on Grain free, gluten free and dairy free baking. If you want to reduce carbs, you can have a smaller serving or make a recipe that is divided into smaller portions like the Grissini or Skinny Rosemary Garlic Breadsticks.

Do you turn your mouth into the New York Times food section just to irrigate seasonal recipes created by culinary coffees such as Mark Bittman? I did it too. The recipes are helping, but I would like to see how a professional chef is following them to get tips on everything from knife masters to food and beverage pairings. The New York Times Food Videos section does all of the recipes that they publish, as well as clips of great food news, trends, and discoveries, as well as an easy-to-navigate interface.
