This is a healthy recipe that makes it easy for both adults and children to eat while enjoying a tasteful and at the same time tasteful taste. One of the things I missed paleo / gluten-free diets is a good slice of pizza. I've lived in NYC for 10 years and my love for pizza is still strong. So I already have some recipes to replicate that delicious pizza taste and this is one of my favorites.

This Whole30 & Paleo Pizza Stuffed Pepper is filled with your favorite pizza flavors and you can customize it with various decorations. I added it to the peppers because I love love. If you are not in a sugar detox and / or want to make it more keto and more fat, you can add some cheese as well. I've been out of the way for most dairy jobs so I haven't been successful and it was very tasty.

I also provided extra nutrients in these Paleo Pizza Stuffed Peppers, making it half of the filling to be a cauliflower rice instead of meat. If you have picky eaters eating around your own dish of vegetables, you can be sure that they can eat without knowing all the vegetables in this recipe.

Whole3 & Paleo Pizza Stuffed Peppers

If you're missing pizza for a whole30 or low-carb diet, you'll want to make these Paleo Pizza Stuffed Peppers full of delicious and hidden vegetables!

Instructions

Slice the tops of the peppers and peel the seeds and membranes.

Boil in a large pot over high heat, then add the peppers to the water and boil for 10 minutes.

Stop the peppers in an upright manner and transfer them to the cooking pot.

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan from medium heat.

Add onion and garlic and stir for 3 minutes.

Add minced meat, cauliflower rice, sea salt and black pepper. Cook the beef blush and cauliflower rice for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Add marinara or pizza sauce and dried thyme and mix into the mixture. Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until heated and darkened.

Remove from heat and mix in pepper if use. *

Place the meat mixture in bell pepper until it is completely filled. If you're using, top with peppered pieces and cheese.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with your favorite ingredients.

* When you do not use pepper, you may want to add some more sea salt to taste.

Are microwaves bad for your health? Almost every American house has a microwave. The convenience they offer is undeniable. How does microwave cooking work?

These waves are highly selective, mainly affecting water and other electrically asymmetrical molecules - one end is positively charged and the other is negatively charged. Are microwaves safe to cook?
