Okay, I'm on the 5th day of all 30 and I find it challenging. Last night I was almost victimized and had a cocktail. But 1) I went out of the house and 2) Having a laundry that would be folded while watching TV (busy hands and distractions of my brain). But now I'm officially on board. I like the fact that Zatar creates a nice, thin crust around the meat and the pork tastes sharp and delicious. I've focused on sumac in this zatar (because I love it!) And I added a touch of Aleppo Pepper to warm up a bit.

It then perfectly matches the frisée salad meat. I was accidentally happy that I bought Sweet Scarlett grapefruit from the market the day I shot it. This is the best grapefruit I've ever eaten. If I had known how delicious they would be, I would probably have taken the photo shoot a little faster, so I could go to the eating area! The sweetness is the perfect answer to the slightly bitter frieze. If you can't find the Sweet Scarlett's, you can do it with a sweet red or pink grapefruit.

So this brings us to dress. Dressing can be difficult in all 30 because most of them touch the sweetener. I have a little maple syrup in my sumac tahini dressing. But none of this. And you're not gonna miss him. What is it anyway?

This is my latest obsession. I'm putting everything in it. Trust me, you haven't seen the last one. I think the thickness and creaminess of this dressing makes it more satisfying, besides being just delicious.

I want to buy Zatar because there is a recipe in Melissa's book. Of course, there are no stores here. That's why I bought the so-called green zatar, mostly with thyme and sumac. Did you hear that? Should I buy some sumac (where?) And mix with green things? I definitely need to put your back. I love how pink it is. It's always so white.

I didn't use green Zatar, but if it were mostly thyme, how bad could it be? If you can find your hands in a sumac (if I'm a big fan and you have the only way to get it in my wardrobe, you can order from Amazon), mix the zatar blend in this recipe. The other thing you have to order is Aleppo pepper. If not, just go with the blend you have. Also a good meat thermometer will help keep the pork juicy and pink. Pull at 145 degrees F.
